Ensure your item is in its original, unused condition with all tags attached; please note that used sticks or custom pro-stock gear are subject to specific warranty terms.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different specification.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your gear in its original box or a similar shipping container and attach the prepaid shipping label provided during the request process.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement gear within 3-5 business days.
